As part of the Canon-Oce merger, Canon renovated its Itasca headquarters (100 Park) and converted Oce warehouse space (1800 Bruning) into a training facility.

60,000 SF office tenant renovation on (3) floors of an existing building. The scope of work includes complete renovation of all offices, support areas and training/demonstration rooms including replacement of the building and tenant HVAC systems, fire alarm system, lighting/controls systems, and restrooms The scope of work includes complete creation and renovation of training/demonstration rooms and support areas, including new and reconfigured HVAC systems, expanded fire alarm system and upgraded lighting/controls systems.

MEP design includes chiller replacement, upgrade/renovation of the built-up air-handling unit, new rooftop units, demand-control ventilation, low water use plumbing fixtures, and high-efficiency equipment throughout.
